The ROPE seeks to welcome research across the broad range of political science, international relations, strategic studies, public policy, public administration, public management and governance withing broad area of social and behavioral sciences with focus on emerging and developing economies. The ROPE invites autonomous, objective and innovative research papers carrying a potential impact in the areas of international relations, political science, public policy, public administration, public management, governance and strategic studies around the world in general and for the emerging economies in particular. ROPE aims to publish studies that provide substantive empirical support and/or logically sound arguments and new insights into the limitations of previous work. ROPE is interested in papers that are constructive in nature and suggest how issues from political and strategic perspectives can be adopted to offer fresh outlooks and insights on newly emerging international phenomena. The subject coverage of ROPE is in the areas: International Relations; Strategic Studies; Public Policy and Public Management; Governance; Peace Studies; Conflict Resolution; Arms Control, Nonproliferation & Disarmament; War Studies; Nuclear Studies; and Terrorism with focus on emerging and developing economies.
All submissions at ROPE undergo double-blind review process and reviewers are requested to give constructive feedback that may help authors improve their papers in terms of standards of scholarly communication.
The submissions are welcomed from academics, professionals, govt officials, NGOs personnel to bridge the public policy and governance with sustainable development issues through scientific research and policy discourse.
The ROPE seeks to welcome policy-oriented research based on standard academic research methodology. All articles must have well-articulated and strong theoretical foundations. All types of research either quantitative, qualitative or combinations can be submitted.
